Fixed Weekly Care Fees
Looking for certainty when planning care?
We understand how important financial certainty is when choosing a care home. That's why we're offering Fixed Weekly Care Fees.
When you or your loved one moves in, your weekly care fees are set in line with the April 2026 rate card. Those rates are protected for life and will not increase due to inflation or rising costs.
Your fees will only change if your care needs change. If that happens, you’ll move to the appropriate care band, and the fees applied will still be those shown on the April 2026 rate card, not future prices.
That means no unexpected increases, just reassurance, transparency and confidence in your long‑term care costs.
