Welcome to Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis

I have been looking at assisted living for my elderly mum , Richmond Village was our choice , Jackie , Clare & Natalie have been wonderful , they have welcomed our whole family I have 3 brothers & my 2 daughters with open arms , answered all my questions without any delay & when I bought mum over , she was delighted with the welcome she received. The apartment is stunning & the whole village is exceptional. Mums apartment is overlooking the pond which will be lovely in the summer when I visit with my grandchildren. I am looking forward to her becoming part of the community as is she. Just a last mention mum has lots of stone animals in her garden & she wants to bring her stone tortoise & Louise one of the lovely gardeners is finding a space for it , which will be wonderful. Our experience has been above & beyond at every stage.

I am a local author and have done two author talks to the residents of the Richmond Villages community in Letcombe Regis. The village is a wonderful, welcoming place, with beautiful shared areas where I held my talks. The residents were lovely, engaging enthusiastically with my talk. They asked some interesting questions which helped to make the event a nice interactive experience. The activities staff were also amazing, making me feel very welcome and managing the event very effectively.

Since I’ve been working with Claire on refurbishing Richmond Village I’ve seen first hand the quantity & care the residents receive plus the effort by the team to maintain the Village to a high standard. Shame this isn’t the standard in other care homes I’ve visited… giving dignity, comfort & care to the senior folks.

My 94 year old mother was extremely apprehensive about the prospect of leaving her long term home and joining the community at Letcombe Regis. The management team of Claire and Natalie were extraordinary compassionate and professional in their treatment of my mother who felt much more comfortable with the notion of moving in. Highly recommend the facility

Richmond Retirement Village at Letcombe Regis is set in stunning surroundings with a nature reserve on the doorstep, lots of mature trees, a lake & plenty of wildlife. Wantage market town is close by and easily accessible with own transport or transport provided by Richmond. There is a variety of apartments to choose from. Staff are friendly & caring. The residents are friendly & sociable. There are a range of activities on offer, including the wellness spa, sports discussions, bowls, bridge club, book club & afternoon tea. Richmond also have services like hair dressing, physio & ‘footcare’ available on site which is where I come in!!
