Richmond Villages Willaston

My visits to Richmond Villages Willaston are outstanding. The setting is bright, modern, and welcoming, with lovely gardens and well-designed communal areas. The staff are consistently kind, patient, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make residents feel valued and comfortable. There’s a real focus on dignity, independence, and meaningful activities, which makes such a difference to residents’ quality of life. Communication with families is excellent, and visitors are always made to feel welcome. A truly exceptional place that sets the standard for care — I couldn’t recommend it more highly

Such a lovely place, the staff are absolutely amazing — incredibly kind and supportive for the residents and their relatives. The village has a beautiful layout, very spacious and bright, and has some absolutely gorgeous gardens. The staff were so kind as to let me have a week’s work experience, and I enjoyed every moment of it. There is always something for the residents to be doing, with many fun activities and events everyday. The atmosphere is so welcoming and everyone is so friendly, and the staff and carers take such great care and effort into ensuring every resident feels comfortable and supported through the night and the day. Such an amazing place with absolutely brilliant staff and carers!

When I have visited Richmond Willaston I have always been so overwhelmed by the welcoming approach from Amanda on reception and all of the other lovely staff. I am always made to feel so welcome and part of the family even just as a visitor. The home is 5* all round and I love my days when I visit. It is lovely to see how happy all of the residents are each day and how loved they are by all of the staff. Richmond really is a place like home.

Had a lovely Spring Discovery visit on Friday 4th April as part of the Thursday Club, Nantwich group. Food and drinks were excellent followed by a tour of the gardens and households. Thanks to all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hello, I am the PETS AS THERAPY representative (with my Great Dane -Freya) for this lovely care home. It is a fabulous property with exceptional care, very modern and bright, full length windows overlooking fields and pretty gardens. The households still maintain a certain amount of independence and the residence are free to participate in a wide spectrum of activities…. On the upper level is a higher level of care with nurses and carers in good supply! A beautiful, clean and fresh home.
