We recently visited Richmond Village to look at some of the independent living accommodation for my mum. We were very impressed with the properties and the friendly environment. Anthony (hospitality manager) showed us around, he was very enthusiastic about the food and community activities... keen to try next time we visit! Thank you 😊

As a podiatrist who visits Richmond Villages Nantwich regularly, I have been consistently impressed by its calm, welcoming and professional environment. The staff are invariably kind, approachable, attentive and compassionate, and it has been a pleasure to see first-hand the high standard of collaboration between the team and visiting professionals to ensure consistent well-coordinated care.

Richmond Village, Nantwich has been incredibly welcoming to staff and students from Springfield School. We have been invited to take part in many events, most recently their wonderful annual pantomime, and each visit has been a joy. So much effort, care, and thought clearly go into their planning, and the hospitality is always fabulous. Our students absolutely love spending time speaking with the staff and residents and are genuinely excited whenever an invitation comes through. Thank you, Richmond Village, for your warmth, kindness, and for creating such special experiences for our students — we truly value our visits!

This development interested us first for its location as we knew Nantwich well also its proximity to M6 access and to Crewe Station as we still drive and visit family from Scotland to Kent The excellent information pack gave most details on purchase and different levels of residence, moving assistance, on request provided 4 years previous service charge history for financial planning First visit to view the facility and various apartments was impressive particularly the gardens and independent living ones around the central green .Decided a 2 bed apartment in this area would be ideal. Offered a two day taster stay in the guest suite which allowed us more time on site , met some of the dedicated staff , some residents and watched some events , even took the mini bus into town. Really enjoyed this and gave us a real taste of village life. Returned a few days later to view again a 2 bed apartment overlooking the green for resale. Unfortunately medical event prevented us taking this further at this time but we will return again and hope we can take this to a conclusion. Many thanks to the lovely staff who made us welcome and gave us a real flavour of the village .Particular thanks to Chris Holland Senior Village Advisor Nantwich for the viewings and Rachael Stevenson Regional Senior Advisor who was our main contact and gave us so much personal attention, guidance and understanding when we had to change our visit dates several times , thank you we will return sometime soon .

My mother has been a resident at Richmond Village for several years, both independently and now in assisted living. The Richmond staff are caring and welcoming. The gardens always look lovely, which bring great joy to my mother.
