MacMillan Coffee Morning

MacMillan Coffee Morning

We will be helping to raise money for a fantastic cause, MacMillan Cancer Support, as part of the 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning'. Come along and join us to enjoy fantastic company, perfectly crafted coffees and teas and mouth watering cakes, donating money to this very worthy charity.

We will be holding this event in the bar and conservatory. If you would like to join, we will also be running this in conjunction with our Current Affairs discussion group that takes place in the conservatory so you are welcome to join the group and discuss your thoughts on what is going on around the world today.

If you are visiting and would be interested in having a look around the village then the Village Advisors will be on hand throughout the morning to meet with you.

Vintage Transport Day

Vintage Transport Day

Come along and join us for our annual Vintage Transport Day. This year it will be taking place on Sunday 30th September from 10am until 4pm. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a variety of vehicles from the years gone by as well as a few more modern, exciting sports cars that will be on display around the village car parks. Inside the Village Centre we will also have a wonderful selection of models and transport history on display around the reception area.

Come and pop in any time throughout the day, a great event not to be missed!!

Harvest Festival at Letcombe Regis

Harvest Festival at Letcombe Regis

Autumn has arrived and Harvest Festival is fast approaching! Here at Richmond Letcombe Regis we are going to have a collection of food to be handed into Wantage Food Bank. If you would like to donate, we will have a collection starting the week of 10/09/2018 of any long-life foods that you would like to give. This will be located opposite the Reception Desk. They are currently looking for:

Tinned meat, tinned fish, tinned vegetables, tinned fruit, tinned or packet puddings, pasta sauce, rice, cereal, jam, coffee, tea & hot chocolate(made with water).

This collection will end on October 2nd.

There will be Harvest Festival services at many of the local churches, please speak to Antonia or the see the September addition of The Signpost for more information.

We will also have Wantage Country Market visiting on October 2nd, 2.45pm, with all sorts of delicious locally produced items for sale.
