Richmond Villages Nantwich has announced that work has commenced to carry out an exciting refurbishment project next year.

The refurbishment is set to give a fresh new look and feel for its facilities and living environment for residents, visitors and staff.

With works scheduled for completion in February 2027 and will deliver a range of new and enhanced spaces across the village for residents to enjoy, including a new Villagers' Lounge, fully refurbished restaurant and private dining room, and a new bar area called Weavers Bar.

Additional improvements include a repositioned reception area with comfortable seating spaces called The Nook, a refreshed Salina Salon and Spa with a dedicated holistic treatment room, and modernised staff office areas.

All spaces have been professionally planned by interior designers to create a welcoming environment that supports the premium lifestyle experience offered at Richmond Villages Nantwich.

Resident Christine Jackson, who has lived at the village for the last three years, commented: "I really look forward to seeing the finished result. I've had a look at the design boards and everything looks fresh and vibrant. I love the use of colour throughout the plans. I'm especially looking forward to having my hair done in the new salon and then enjoying a gin and tonic afterwards in the new bar."

For those wanting to hear more, members of the local community are invited to a Discovery Day in September, where guests can hear more about the perks of living within a retirement village, along with expert speaker advice covering the essentials such as finances, moving, and lifestyle adjustments for families and individuals considering retirement living.
