With an average staff tenure of nearly 11 years, Richmond Villages Nantwich’s workforce stability reflects a strong culture of support, development, and job satisfaction.
This achievement is reflected in the village's Senior Care Assistants, Care Assistants, and Activities Staff, who collectively represent a stable and highly experienced workforce. Their consistency and commitment have helped create a positive and supportive environment for residents.
