Richmond Villages Bede is proud to announce that both its Care Home and Domiciliary Care service have been rated “Good” overall by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reaffirming its commitment to delivering high-quality care across the village.

The achievement reflects the dedication and professionalism of the entire team, who work tirelessly to support residents, whether they are living independently within the village, receiving care at home through the domiciliary care service, or residing within the on-site care home.

CQC inspections assess services against five key areas: safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership. Achieving a “Good” rating across both the care home and domiciliary care service demonstrates Richmond Villages Bede’s ability to deliver consistent standards of care across a fully integrated retirement community.

The domiciliary care service plays a vital role within the village, enabling residents to maintain their independence while receiving tailored support in their own homes. Meanwhile, the care home offers 24-hour support in a safe, welcoming environment, ensuring residents’ needs are met with dignity and respect at every stage of later life.
