Richmond Villages Aston-on-Trent Celebrates 'Good' CQC Rating

Richmond Villages Aston-on-Trent, has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for its domiciliary care service, following its latest inspection.

The CQC report, published in March, assessed Richmond Villages Aston-on-Trent’s domiciliary care as ‘Good’ in all areas. The rating reflects the team’s ongoing commitment and dedication to providing bespoke in-home care.

During the inspection, the CQC team gathered feedback from people receiving care, their relatives, and staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the service.

Inspectors noted the team’s commitment to person-centred support, with the report finding that care plans were clearly written and provided good examples of how people were supported to maintain their independence and well-being in their own homes. The report also highlighted the team’s dedication in fostering positive relationships and delivering compassionate support.

One resident of the care home told the inspectors: “The carers are wonderful. They know exactly what I need and always have a smile. I feel very well looked after.”
