Residents and staff from Richmond Villages Willaston celebrate fifth anniversary with special community event
Residents and staff from Richmond Villages Willaston, were joined by friends, family and members of the local community to celebrate the village’s fifth birthday which was held earlier this week.
Marking half a decade of exceptional care and strong community spirit for those living at the specialist dementia village, guests enjoyed a celebratory afternoon filled with music, laughter, and good company.
Setting the tone for a relaxed afternoon, guests were treated to a captivating performance by a live singer Jack in The Grove, before being served up a specially prepared buffet allowing residents and guests the chance to catch up or forge new connections.
Village Manager, Michelle Barrett and Activities Co-ordinator, Jacqueline Mason helped to plan the successful celebration, ensuring a warm welcome for all who attended.
Talking about the day, Village Manager, Michelle commented: “Our village plays an important role within the local community, so it was a great chance to celebrate our milestone anniversary with our wonderful residents and staff, and meet so many friends, family and other guests living nearby on the day. We hope that everyone enjoyed experiencing the vibrant and inclusive environment that characterises life at Richmond Villages Willaston first-hand and we thank them for their continued support.”
Michelle continued: “Reaching this five-year landmark represents a period of continued growth and dedication to providing a high quality of life for all residents. We remain committed to fostering a supportive, engaging, and welcoming environment for many years to come.”
