Richmond Villages Painswick Spreads Joy With Random Acts of Kindness
Richmond Villages Painswick brought joy to the local community this week by delivering bunches of flowers to unsuspecting residents and local businesses.
To mark Random Acts of Kindness Day (17th February), staff at Richmond Villages Painswick hand-delivered beautiful bouquets of tulips to residents, café owners and shop employees across Painswick.
Throughout the afternoon of deliveries, Cheryl Cox, Village Manager, and Stephanie Priestley, Village Advisor, met delighted residents as they handed out the bouquets. The heartwarming gesture aimed to uplift spirits and demonstrate the power of small acts of kindness.
Cheryl Cox, Village Manager, said: "It was truly wonderful to see the smiles on people's faces as we delivered the flowers. These small gestures of kindness can make such a difference, and it was a joy for us to connect with our neighbours and spread a little happiness in the community."
The initiative is just one of many ways in which staff at Richmond Villages aim to spread kindness and build a sense of community.
Stephen Chamberlain, Marketing and Activities co-ordinator, said: "Being part of a community is really important to our residents and staff at Richmond Villages. We were proud to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day by stepping outside the village and meeting people in the community to help brighten their day”.
