Last week, Richmond Villages Wood Norton hosted a special celebration to honour members of staff who have achieved five years of service. The event recognised their dedication and commitment since the retirement village first opened its doors in March 2019.

It was a proud moment to acknowledge that over 20 colleagues who joined at the very beginning are still part of the Richmond Villages Wood Norton team today. Their hard work and passion have been instrumental in building a vibrant, welcoming community for residents and families alike.
