Richmond Villages Raises £551 for Macmillan Cancer Support
Richmond Villages Aston-on-Trent is proud to announce the success of its recent charity coffee morning, where they raised £551 for Macmillan Cancer Support. The event was a heart-warming community effort, with tremendous help from The WI (National Federation of Women's Institutes) in Aston-on-Trent, who played an essential role in running the event.
Attendees enjoyed a delightful array of homemade cakes and treats, creating a lively and social atmosphere. Residents, families, and visitors came together to show their support for the charity, creating a lovely morning.
“Events like these bring people together for a common cause. Every penny raised will make a difference,” said Richmond Villages Sales Adviser.
All proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity close to many hearts, helping families and individuals affected by cancer across the UK.
The success of the event demonstrates the strong sense of community and generosity that exists within Richmond Villages. This coffee morning was just one of many upcoming charity events that the village hopes will continue to bring people together for important causes.
