Emma Worrell brings a wealth of experience to her new role. After dedicating 30 years to the NHS in Maxillofacial prosthetics, she became a care home manager for Bupa in 2022. Known for her commitment to staff development, Emma prides herself on nurturing, mentoring and supporting her team. She is hands-on and treats residents with the same care and compassion as she would her own family.
