We're thrilled to announce the arrival of new village managers in two of our Richmond Villages. As we embark on this exciting chapter, we warmly welcome Martin Crick to Richmond Villages Witney and Debbie Paggett to Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis.

With Martin’s wealth of experience, Richmond Villages Witney is poised for a fresh approach to its retirement living offering. Martin brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury property market and retirement sectors. His goal is clear, to deliver “unparalleled, person-centred care, ensuring residents thrive in their later years.”

Debbie also comments, "My mission is to curate an unparalleled living experience through every stage of the retirement journey," emphasising her commitment to fostering a vibrant and supportive community at Letcombe Regis.
