That’s why our expert Village Advisers are here to guide you every step of the way, from the point of your initial enquiry through to move in day and beyond.
A step-by-step guide to moving to Richmond Villages
- Start by browsing our available properties online
- Once you’ve found a property you are interested in, get in touch with our Village Advisers to arrange a viewing and a personal village tour
- Your appointed Village Adviser will provide you with all the information you need to decide on your new home, as well as inform you of the occupancy options and support available
- If you are purchasing a new property, it’s time to make a reservation. New properties are available at Aston, Cheltenham and Wood Norton. Pre-owned properties do not require a reservation fee.
- A pre-admission assessment is undertaken to understand your personal circumstances and health requirements
- Contracts are exchanged and the sale is completed
- It’s move in day! We will direct you and your removal company; you will meet all the key personnel around the village and get comfortable in your new home.

Family-friendly
Your nearest and dearest are very welcome to join you in your new life here. Our Villages thrive on the multi generations coming together to create new experiences and capture memories. ‘Wow’ your family and friends with a five-star dining experience, hire the private dining for a special occasion, or make things a bit more informal and grab a lite bite at the café bar when they visit. Wellness Spas host family swims at a dedicated time each weekend which the little ones just love… and look out for key dates in the calendar when we open our doors for themed fetes, garden parties and artisan fayres.
