Weekly Tai Chi Classes in the Wellness Spa Studio
Tai Chi is a class designed to improve both balance and co-ordination in a relaxing and calming way. This class does involve standing for a long period of time.

Come along to the Café with some of your own or your favourite poetry to read and enjoy listening to others. Refreshments served.
