Our 30 bed care home is a bright and beautifully presented environment with professionally designed interiors. Corridors and communal areas are wide and spacious making this a lovely place to reside and spend time as a family member or guest. We have two wings of the home, Meadows for residents living with dementia, and Woodlands for the frail and elderly with nursing care needs.
Rooms are tastefully decorated with luxury fittings and furnishings but there’s nothing like being surrounded by your own belongings, so residents are encouraged to personalise their room with familiar photographs, pictures, ornaments and small pieces of furniture to create that home from home environment. All rooms have en-suite facilities, remote controlled colour television and a state-of-the-art nurse call system.
Our dedicated activities team runs a social programme which includes arts and crafts, various workshops, animal therapy, music, entertainment and gardening. Many of our residents see living at a Richmond Villages Northampton as an opportunity to develop a new hobby or interest.
Every care home in England needs to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who are an independent regulator of health and social care. They regularly monitor and inspect all of our care homes to ensure the standards of care and service provided to our residents is safe and effective. Richmond Villages Northampton Care Home has been inspected by the CQC and here is the report.
We are very proud to have an outstanding level of reviews that come from our residents and their families. These are handled and verified by an independent website called carehome.co.uk.
All recommendations have been submitted through the independent website carehome.co.uk and are subject to the carehome.co.uk terms and conditions.
We are very active on social media; please join us on Facebook for news and information about upcoming events at Richmond Villages Northampton.
