Richmond Aston-on-Trent Team

Meet the Aston-on-Trent team

Lynne Bower
Domiciliary Care Manager

I manage the domiciliary care team, who provide care within the individual resident’s own apartments. I have over 30 years experience within health & social care in a variety of settings. I work within the care sector as I am passionate about good quality care and I want the people that I care for to be safe, well supported & treated with dignity.

I am one of Richmond Aston’s ambassadors for our Dementia & Wellbeing Network and am proud to be involved in the building of a dementia-friendly community so that people are able to live well with dementia.

I have been married for 36 years and have 2 children and 2 grandsons. I love to watch sport (especially football & rugby union) and travelling.
