Richmond Nantwich said a fond "farewell" and "au revoir" to it's Activities Assistant Fred Allman today who has retired after 13 years devoted service to the Village.
Fred, who started working for Richmond Nantwich on 28th September 1998, has decided to hang up his microphone and fancy dress costumes and concentrate on his many interests outside work. He has agreed, however, to come back as a volunteer and also to continue writing, producing and directing the annual pantomime.
Residents and Staff collected over £400 which Fred will use to buy a weekend away in London to see a West End Show. He was also presented with a watch by the Richmond Nantwich Management.
