The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for catering for the Brasserie-styled restaurant and bar within the village, as well as our on-site care floor and for residents who wish to dine in their suites.

Who we are looking for
Experience of cooking in a professional kitchen, ideally with customers with special dietary requirements, and of consistently delivering a high standard of food and service.
A confident individual with a strong passion for customer service and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of methods and awareness of Health and Safety procedures.
NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds and CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award or Equivalent.
