We currently have opportunities for Care Assistants (Days, Nights and Evening Shifts - 5-10pm) to join our team and support our residents with daily living activities in a person-centred manner, promoting physical and personal independence as well as choice in all activities, and ensuring we provide a comfortable, homely environment.
You will be attending to the personal needs of our residents – social, emotional and physical – which can involve helping them achieve things independently rather than doing it for them, promoting independent living within our village.

Who we are looking for
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and able to work well within a team.
Also able to work on own initiative and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
A background in care is desirable, as is an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
Professional, neat appearance and excellent communication skills.
