Fitness Instructor

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Fitness Instructor to provide a first-class professional exercise therapy service to our residents and the local community. Healthcare Industry Trainer

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, motivated and experienced Trainer (healthcare trainer/health & social care trainer/care industry trainer, out of sector trainer) to join our team, working in a first-class environment, based in Witney, Oxfordshire. Work with the Head of Marketing and Village Manager to identify the most effective marketing approach for each product line, as well as Richmond Retreats bookings. Keep the sales database, sales reporting and village statistics regularly updated and accurately maintained. Experience: Proven ability to work to targets and sell effectively. Previous sales experience in a customer facing environment. Ability to influence and negotiate. Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, remaining courteous at all times. Strong listening skills. Professional, presentable appearance. Ability to manage own time, prioritising and organising work appropriately. High level of attention to detail. Good organisational skills. Ability to work on own initiative unsupervised and also as part of a team. IT literate. Confident and determined manner. Ability to build rapport and relationships both face to face and over the telephone. Available to work some Saturdays and Sundays and out of hours.
