Clinical Care Home Manager/Commissioning Manager

We are now currently seeking to appoint a Commissioning Manager (40 hours per week) to join our team. About the Role: Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be a confident leader with the ability to manage with an open and approachable personality. Previous experience of commissioning IS essential. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a team in an often challenging environment. You will liaise with the Legal and Compliance team, review all regulations and be responsible for the Registered Care Home and follow all company policies and procedures. Your responsibility will also be the induction and recruitment of staff and to liaise with external stakeholders. To support the Registered Manager to ensure all assessments are undertaken and establish communication with all residents. You will monitor care and quality and be passionate about maintaining the highest quality of services and standards, putting kindness and our residents at the centre of everything we do and deal with any concerns in a sensitive and timely manner. You will also need to be commercially aware as you will also drive occupancy within the Care Home and ensure that effective budget management and finance administration are maintained.
