We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Head of Care to join our luxury retirement village in Aston on Trent and provide expert care to our residents in our superb 61-bed nursing and dementia care home. Who we are looking for: A confident leader, willing to be hands-on and with the ability to manage with an open and approachable personality. A Registered General Nurse with full valid PIN and experience of elderly care. You’ll work with our Head of Care to drive the highest standards in clinical service, helping ensure an outstanding reputation for the village in the community. You will monitor care and quality and be passionate about putting our residents at the centre of everything we do. As well as developing staff by sharing specialist knowledge on quality improvement, this role will be key in cultivating an open and honest culture and sharing good practice.
