Kitchen Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to provide support in the kitchen (mainly washing up as directed) to ensure that we deliver a truly premium level service to our residents. You will be responsible for the preparation of simple meals under the direction of the Chef and ensuring all catering areas are maintained in a hygienic, tidy, and safe manner. Purpose of Role: Manage the sales function along with all sales enquiries in a commercial and professional manner. Promote the sale of all Richmond products and services (care home, assisted living, independent living and Richmond Retreats). Meet achievable sales targets. Work with the Head of Marketing and Village Manager to identify the most effective marketing approach for each product line, as well as Richmond Retreats bookings. Keep the sales database, sales reporting and village statistics regularly updated and accurately maintained. Experience: Proven ability to work to targets and sell effectively. Previous sales experience in a customer facing environment. Ability to influence and negotiate. Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, remaining courteous at all times.
