Introducing the Richmond Routine

At Richmond Villages, we know the importance of staying active in helping us all live longer, healthier and happier lives - it’s our Mission after all.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with 80’s fitness guru “The Green Goddess” – Diana Moran, to bring our residents and Wellness Spa members the Richmond Routine, a bespoke fitness class designed to future-proof against common ailments, injuries or illnesses. 

Diana collaborated with our highly-qualified fitness professionals to create a fun and upbeat exercise class, suitable for all abilities.

Diana commented: “I am only too aware of the limitations that can come into play later in life, and how important it is to listen to our bodies and adjust our routines accordingly. I have therefore been working with the fantastic fitness instructors from Richmond Villages across the country to design the Richmond Routine, a 30-minute workout with all abilities in mind. It’s a fun and energetic mix of medium impact exercises and stretches, focusing on key areas such as joints at the knees and ankles, plus strengthening the core and back muscles.”
