Fees
Rent is payable monthly in advance by all renters.
A monthly Service Charge covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events.
Renters also pay a monthly fee for the Lifestyle package, which covers meals, housekeeping and laundry service as well as all utilities including heating, electricity and water.
