Retirement Village Apartments
Our Village Apartments offer stylish, independent living for the elderly and independent living with care. They are designed to make life as easy and enjoyable as possible and epitomise all that is best about retirement accommodation. They usually comprise a sitting room, fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite to master bedroom in most villages) and high quality fixtures and fittings. Apartments are available to purchase or rent. Whilst they all have easy access they are ideally suited to the more physically able or a couple where one partner may need some assistance with mobility or personal care.
Every detail of the design has the end user very much in mind. Apartments feature non-slip bathroom floors, showers which are flush with the floor for easy access and wall mounted WCs. Go to the kitchen and you'll find a whole host of design features that take into consideration ease of use. There are more soft close drawers than cupboards. And kitchen equipment is positioned for optimum ease.
Should anyone not wish not to bring their own furniture, there is an excellent choice of flexible furniture packages to choose from. The furniture is stylish, high quality and British made. Again, consideration is given to ergonomics. Armchair seats are just a little higher than normal whilst rounded corners are favoured over sharp ones on pieces like dining and coffee tables. Whatever the style, there is that indefinable quality which each apartment has.
All Village Apartments also benefit from an emergency call system that will be responded to 24 hours a day by our own, on site domiciliary care agency.
