Richmond Letcombe Regis, a purpose built luxury retirement village in South Oxfordshire, has a vacancy for a Chef de Partie to join our professional hospitality team to support the Head Chef in the preparation of all meals and to help in the smooth running of the catering department.

The village runs a 70 to 80 cover fine dining restaurant with bar, catering for villagers daily and for functions on a regular basis. Functions include Gala Evenings, Themed Supper Clubs, private parties, breakfast meetings and events throughout the year.
The village has a state of the art wellness spa, which runs regular spa days including meals in the restaurant. It also has a 53 bed nursing home, which the restaurant supplies with nutritionally balanced meals.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of nutrition and a passion to provide a fine dining experience for all residents and visitors to the Village. They will be flexible and creative in their approach to the post.
An NVQ or City & Guilds equivalent certificate in Catering and Food and Hygiene qualification is preferred. Good all round catering experience needed although some on the job training will be provided. Excellent working conditions.
This role is for 48 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days.
