About the role
As a nurse in one of our unique luxury retirement villages you’ll not only be able to use your skills to deliver the highest quality of care in a fantastic working environment with a real family feel- we’ll support your continuing professional development by providing ongoing access to training and helping you gain further qualifications. And if you’re looking to progress, we have real opportunities to develop your leadership skills and move up into clinical management.
Who we’re looking for
An experienced RGN with experience of frail elderly care, and ideally with nursing care home experience
Experience of supervising and managing a team of care assistants
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well within a team
Also able to work on own initiative and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Professional, neat appearance
