Description

To be responsible for the well being of residents within the registered care centre, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities in line with the individual client’s care plan. To ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the Village in accordance with the policies of the Company and the registering Authority guidelines.

To assist the Head of Care in the day-to-day management and operation of the 24-bed nursing home. Previous nursing home experience, together with strong organisation and communication skills, essential.
