We look forward to welcoming to Richmond, Timothy Brain, OBE, QPM, FRSA.  Timothy was the Chief Constable of Gloucestershire from 2001 to January 2010 and will be presenting his talk, entitled 'History of policing in England and Wales', in the Auditorium at 3pm.
