Mother's final few days were challenging but we certainly had a demonstration from you all on how to make it as easy as is possible on the resident as well as their relatives. Without doubt, Richmond Painswick is the best care home we could find for my mother-in-law. It succeeds in being unlike a stereotypical care home but is as comfortable and stylish as a 5 star hotel and we are, as a family, always welcome and able to enjoy visiting. Richmond Painswick has literally been a life-saver for my Father since he became a resident in December 2008. It has provided a home, security and friendship for a retired Army Officer. As his next of kin and eldest daughter, I have only the highest praise for Richmond Painswick for all the genuine care, concern and compassion which has been shown to my Father in looking after his particular needs. I would highly recommend Richmond Painswick as a place where the individual is valued and respected and yet there is a strong sense of community where life can be lived to the full.
