To the whole Richmond family - To every one of you who played a big part in the past twelve months of Mums stay – Thank you. To the Care staff who daily and nightly helped her in so many ways, the Housekeeping ladies who always had a cheery word with her, the Kitchen staff again, always a lovely warm greeting and to the Patient Reception ladies who by now have an intimate knowledge of mum’s T.V remote control I am sure!. To all out of sight but certainly appreciated staff mums family say a huge Thank you.

We recently moved from another Richmond village to Richmond Northampton and have found the staff and Residents to be friendly, approachable and always here for us. The restaurant is first class as are all the other departments within the village. We are continually amazed at how dedicated the staff is to us and other Residents and nothing we ask for is ever too much. Thank you for welcoming us to our new home.
