Sunday Half Hour

During the year, we have continued to support our sponsored child inMyanmar(Burma) through “World Vision” by Sending the sum of£335 for his sponsorship, and a further £713.50 towards improvements in the village where he lives, notably for the school and for water supplies. We have also sent 5 x 2kgs parcels to the boy and his family.

As well as this commitment, we have responded to various appeal(Christian Aid, Famine Relief, a church roof appeal & Christmas street appeal) to a total of £440. Donations from our Communion services is sent to Grange Park Church Kairos Centre; this year it amounted to £325. We are grateful for the spiritual support and social contact we have with our local church and its staff.
