Richmond Northampton offers a range of village apartments to suit individual needs within the landscaped grounds of our luxury retirement village. Situated in a rural area of South Northamptonshire the village overlooks woods and parkland where scenic walks can be enjoyed.
All apartments are located close to the main village centre and its facilities including restaurant, café, library, activities room, and hair salon and treatment room. Village Apartments comprise of a sitting room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms, bathroom and high quality fixtures and fittings. These apartments truly have the personal touch where physical mobility and ease of access are considered a priority, including features such as non-slip bathroom floors, showers which are flush with the floor and kitchens where everything is positioned for optimum ease. The majority of first and all second floor apartments have lift access; those first floor apartments that have stair access have the convenience of a stair lift.
Parking spaces are allocated on-site to those residents who still enjoy the freedom of driving. All properties have an emergency call system which is manned by our 24-hour on-site care team.

Richmond Villages are proud to have our very own on-site domiciliary care agency registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission).
For residents living in the Village who may require a little assistance with day to day living, our own on-site domiciliary care team will offer flexible support with individually tailored care packages.
The amount of care and assistance you may require can vary from a couple of hours a week to several hours a day, dependent on each individual’s requirements. All care and support packages are bespoke and charged at an hourly rate. Care is provided on a scheduled basis, and is not an on-demand service.
