All Village Apartments also benefit from an emergency call system that will be responded to 24 hours a day by our on-site domiciliary care agency.

If you do so, the chances are, you'll get a different person everyday and the service could be unreliable. That's why Richmond Northampton is proud to have its very own on-site Domiciliary Care Agency Registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission). Our Carers offer support and help to those living in Village and Assisted Living Apartments by providing individual care as and when required, or as part of a pre-determined package to meet your precise needs.
Our Domiciliary Care Agency provides a flexible, friendly service where all personal needs including washing, help with dressing and all the help you'd normally receive in a residential care home is delivered to you by on-site staff. Because of our high staff retention, you will always get the same carers and be able to get to know them properly.
