Dear All, I apologise for the impersonal greeting but to single out any one of you would be unfair. You are all fantastic. The care my mother received while she was a resident at Richmond Village was everything we expected and more. She is so much better now than when she came into Richmond Village from hospital four weeks ago and that is thanks to your efforts. That my mother was reluctant to go into Richmond Village but sad to leave says it all. You made her feel welcome so she settled in and felt very much at home.She is now back in her own home which is where she wanted to be and seems to be getting on fine. If though her condition deteriorates or she feels like another little holiday at any time, she and we will not hesitate in bringing her back to Richmond Village. From both my mother and all her family, thank you all very much indeed.

To ALL the staff at Richmond Village. On behalf of all Elsie Lowe's family, I wish to thank you most sincerely for everything you did to make her so happy and cared for. Whenever we visited, someone always had time to discuss situations and concerns at great length. She really looked forward to the activities each day and enjoyed taking part. Words fail me to express how much we appreciate all you did. We always came away feeling she was being well looked after and having the best possible attention. Never once did she complain about food, any individual member of staff or other resident - you all contributed to her last few months being the best one could wish for. I shall miss calling in to see her and the kind and warm welcome I always received from reception, amd everyone involved. Very many thanks.

I just want to say how grateful I am for all the care and compassion that all the staff at Richmond Nantwich showed towards my father John as they looked after him through terminal cancer. He was a very proud man but with the help of of all the staff he maintained his dignity throughout.
