The Village Apartments at Richmond Nantwich are located in over 4 acres of tastefully landscaped grounds and award winning gardens. Whether they overlook the stunning Bowling Green, nestle cosily in the picturesque Courtyard or enjoy views over the private Woodland, they all offer stylish but practical independent living.
Ideally suited to the more physically able or a couple where one partner may need some assistance with mobility or personal care, all are designed to make life as easy as possible and offer the best in retirement living. Our ground-floor and first-floor apartments range in size and offer a sitting room, one or two bedrooms, a bath or shower room and kitchen; some offer additional features which can include a separate utility room, second bathroom or balcony; all have their own front door. There are also a small number of cottages in the Courtyard offering accommodation over two floors; stairs are not a problem as most have stair lifts fitted. Housekeeping and laundry services are available together with the option of enjoying a delicious lunch in The Garden Room Restaurant.
For those who enjoy company, there is a full and varied social calendar which can be enjoyed as the mood takes you. We also have our own fleet of vehicles which run regularly into Nantwich and the local supermarkets and will take you to local health appointments.
All our apartments benefit from an emergency call system that is responded to 24 hours a day by our on-site domiciliary care agency.

Richmond Villages are proud to have our very own on-site domiciliary care agency registered with CQC (Care Quality Commission).
For residents living in the Village who may require a little assistance with day to day living, our own on-site domiciliary care team will offer flexible support with individually tailored care packages.
The amount of care and assistance you require may vary from a couple of hours a week to several hours a day, dependent on each individual’s requirements. All care and support packages are bespoke and charged at an hourly rate. Care is provided on a scheduled basis, and is not an on-demand service.
