Welcome to Richmond Villages Painswick

My partner and I recently attended a Discovery Day at Richmond Painswick. We were very impressed with the village and all that it has to offer. We were given a very warm welcome and a tour of all the facilities and residential areas. The lunch was amazing too. We are planning for the future and were very pleased to see how enjoyable retirement could be in this lovely setting.

Richmond Painswick is really rather special. My father and mother lived in one of the independent apartments but always knew if they needed additional support it was there from the amazing caring staff. They could be totally independent and were for many years but when the time came when additional support was needed Richmond Village were there for them. Their Domiciliary Care works out far better value than outside agencies. There is consistency of care and Sonia the Dom Care Manager is rather special. All this allowed my father to stay in his home with minimal disruption. Richmond Villages are rare in that they have on site care. Can’t praise Richmond Painswick enough for what they offer.

Had Richmond's 2 night stay to get the feel for what to expect in later years if assisted living became a need. Although making an enquiry for independent living within the complex. Could not have expected more help and information than we received. Very friendly staff and residents, who were very helpful and welcoming. Very impressed.

My Mum’s been living in a beautiful assisted living apartment at Richmond Painswick since 2016, and it’s a wonderful place to live. Other reviewers here have done a lovely job of describing the services and benefits, and the peace of mind it gives us to know that our folks are safe and very comfortable and really well looked after. All I’ll add is how universally wonderful the staff are: friendly, polite, considerate and kind. It’s a great sign that many members of staff have been here longer than my Mum, and that quite a few staff members recruit their sons and daughters to work here too! Thank you Richmond Painswick.

We brought our new pup to dog show- Cheryl and team had obviously made a huge effort to make a great day. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and thanks to all involved! :)
