New Homecare Service available from Richmond Painswick

7th February 2015

New Homecare Service available from Richmond Painswick

The right care in the comfort of your own home

When you’re receiving the care you need from professionals you trust, you can just relax and enjoy the time you spend with your family.

Richmond Painswick, who are part of Bupa, have been providing care to people living in their retirement apartments for over 7 years.  Due to local demand, we have just launched
Home Care which provides this same service to the local community.

Richmond Painswick’s Domiciliary Care Agency is registered and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and provides a flexible, friendly approach where all personal needs and help around the home are met.

Helping you maintain your independence

Being cared for in comfortable and familiar surroundings is an ideal solution for many elderly people who want to maintain their independence. Living independently can have a huge impact on a person’s confidence and wellbeing. With this in mind, Richmond Painswick Home
Care develop individual care plans to support people in their independence.

From an hour a week to around-the-clock care, Richmond Painswick Home Care is available whenever you need it.

Our carers provide:

  • Help around the home – from cleaning and laundry to shopping and preparing meals.
  • Personal support – such as dressing, bathing and help with prescribed medication.
  • Companionship – being there to help you with the activities you enjoy, from days out, to reading or even just a chat.
  • A sitting service – if your family usually care for you, we can step in when they are unavailable.

Care you can trust

Richmond’s experienced carers are genuinely caring and sensitive people, qualified to provide the care you need in your own home. Because of our high staff retention, you will always get the same carers and be able to get to know them properly.  Richmond’s aim is to ensure you’re visited by the same carer each time, so that when you open the door you’re greeted by a familiar and friendly face.

So if you are looking for care at home or just a friendly person to socialise with, especially during the short winter days, why not call Richmond Painswick Home Care to find out how they can help?
