Richmond Nantwich's Senior Team Leader Jean Dyde has been shortlisted for an award at the North West Finals of The Great British Care Awards.
The Frontline Leader's Award recognises a person who
"is a supervisor, senior care worker, team leader or first time manager and has shown clear commitment to improving the delivery of care and support within their team. A person who has shown leadership qualities by reflecting on what could be better and supporting others to bring about change."
Jean joined Richmond Nantwich nearly 18 years ago and her qualifications include a NVQ Care Level 3 and professional qulaifications in Compassionate End of Life Care and Palliative Care. Jean has also recently completed a Diploma in Palliative Care through Bolton University.
Nominated by Village Advisor Nicola Tooke, Jean will now attend a day of judging on Wednesday 18th September and will find out if she has won at a spectacular Gala Dinner on Friday 11th October in Manchester.
