Richmond Letcombe Regis plans visit to museum in Wantage

22 January 2013

The Vale and Downland museum, in the heart of Wantage, attracts over 50000 visitors each year.  As well as galleries housing exhibitions, the museum building has a Tourist Information Centre, an extensive reference library of books, articles and maps about the Vale of the White Horse, a museum-shop and a cafe.  Vistors will be able to view two exhibitions currently being shown, one on Alfred the Great and the second about the Railway through the Vale.
