Drinking coffee for Macmillan at Richmond Nantwich
Richmond Village Nantwich took part recently in The Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning as residents and staff joined Macmillan Cancer Charity to raise funds for the vital work that they do in helping cancer sufferers and their families.
Delicious home made cakes and coffee was on offer together with stalls full of local crafts. The tombola stall, which is always a huge favourite, helped to raise a total of over £160.
Alison Harding, Village Advisor remarked “We are always delighted to help our friends from Macmillan Cancer as we know that they do some wonderful work plus it is a fantastic excuse to sit down and have a coffee!”
