Richmond Nantwich raises over £2500 for charity so far this year!

Richmond Nantwich raises over £2500 for charity so far this year!

Richmond Nantwich donates over £2500 to charities so far this year!

Throughout the year, Richmond Village Nantwich has continued to raise money for local charities including Parkinson’s UK, Scope and Oxfam through raffles, tombolas, coffee mornings, quizzes and a spectacular balloon race at the annual Summer Fayre.

So far this year, over £2500 has been donated and future charitable events include a Black Tie Benefit ball and Charity Auction in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund which will be hosted on Saturday 29th September.

The fund raising events would not, however, be so successful without the continued generosity of Residents, staff, friends and family plus the kind donations of beautiful hampers from the local Sainsburys store in Nantwich.

Village Advisor, Nicola Tooke remarked “We continue to be humbled by the sheer enthusiasm shown those involved and the big-heartedness of everyone at Richmond Village who supports our fund raising efforts. Planning for the ABF Ball is now well underway and there are some unique prizes that money really cannot buy – including the services of a talented chef who will cook for a group of up to twelve in someone’s home, and the chance to spend a morning with the Leonard Brothers Veterinary Centre with lunch with the vet himself included!”

And now a letter received from local MP Eward Timpson !!!!

If anyone would like further information about the Ball and Charity Auction, or future events, please contact Nicola or Alison on 01270 629080.
