Every Tuesday We are holding Falls Prevention exercise sessions in the Auditorium.
These sessions are aimed at those who have had falls, have a fear of falling or poor balance and mobility. The exercises are designed to help maintain independence and keep you on your feet.
The 1st session starts at 11.30am - 12.10pm
The 2nd session starts at 12.10pm - 12.40pm
