Richmond Villages - Caring for you

Richmond Letcombe Regis opens its bowling green

2nd June 2011

Richmond Letcombe Regis opens its bowling green

Residents, Staff and villagers got together last week to inaugurate the brand new bowling green at Richmond Letcombe Regis.  The magnificent green is at the centre of the retirement village and local residents are also being encouraged to make use of the facilities.

Paul Jackson, Development Director, said: “The bowling greens at our other Villages are extremely popular with residents both of the Villages and in the local area.  I am positive that bowling will be enjoyed here too and we are already planning our first residents versus staff match.  Bowling is perfect for someone who perhaps is no longer able to participate in some other sports, but still enjoys a bit of competition.”

If you are interested in coming to make use of this superb facility or would like to arrange a visit to Richmond Letcombe Regis, please contact us on 01235 773 970.
