Richmond Northampton Visit Stow Gardens
Richmond Northampton residents had a day at Stow gardens today.
Stow gardens is a National Trust property with The scale, grandeur and beauty of Stowe has inspired writers, philosophers, artists, politicians and members of the public from the 18th century to the present day. One of the most remarkable creations of Georgian England.
Residents hired a buggy to tour the extensive grounds stopped to take pictures of the beautiful lakes and then had lunch at the cafe before shopping in the gift shop and heading home.
Resident Mrs Newth said “it is one of the best days I have ever had and I have not laughed this much for a long time with great friends and fantastic scenery”
