Richmond Northampton are Wii Fit

Richmond Northampton Residents are now in competition with each other on the Wii Fit board.

Residents use the Wii fit to test their fitness age and one resident who is nearly 92 had a fitness age of just 36!!

The residents use the Wii fit every week to take part in different balance tests, Yoga, Memory games and games such as Wii Sports even the Super Mario Kart driving game!

The residents love it and it has to be one of the best activities to take part in.
