Our search criteria for new sites/locations:

• Locations with a proven level of affluence.
• Catchments with a strong demographic
• Sites that are at least 5 acres
• Alternatively, sites which have excellent aesthetic appeal and are capable of becoming a "destination", meeting most of the above.

For example, some of the following are typical sources:

Existing C2 uses in both brown field, green field and in outstanding locations. Sites such as Redundant school sites, Hospital sites or campus type sites in excellent locations.

Existing buildings and/or land for which there is a reasonable prospect of being converted into an excellent Care Village location.

Quasi residential opportunities where residential use, C3, is unlikely to be permitted, but where C2 use which will generate significant employment advantages and much reduce traffic and car parking requirements.

Existing commercial sites, income producing or otherwise, who's locality meets the above criteria And where a Care village use would be far more appropriate for the locality.

Fees - we will pay introduction fees where a transaction materialises from introductions in the event that the introducer is un-retained or not the owner of the site.
