Service Charge

Everybody living in an Assisted Living Apartment contributes to a Service Charge. We have to base our 'Service Package' on the assumption that you are able to dress and bathe yourself. We assume that you can prepare a simple breakfast - make a cup of tea and a light snack using the provisions we have stocked your kitchen with. Your lunch and evening meal are prepared for you and you can choose whether or not to eat in the restaurant or at home. If you do need extra help with dressing, bathing etcetera, we can provide this through our domiciliary care Agency at an extra charge. Please refer to the Domiciliary Care section. Rates are available on request.
